Download 'OutOfTouch.zip' by right-clicking and going to 'Save Target As...'.
Navigate to your Winamp Skins folder (C:\Program Files\Winamp\Skins) and click 'Save'.
When the download is complete, open Winamp and right-click on the window.
Go to the 'Skins' option, and a list of all the skins in your Winamp Skins folder should be displayed.
Scroll down until you find the skin named 'OutOfTouch' and select it.
Winamp should now have the new skin.
